We want you to love your Feuillete purchase! If you are not completely satisfied, please send an email to email@example.com within 30 days of your purchase, and we will provide a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) and mailing information. Customers are responsible for return shipping costs. Products must be returned in new or gently used condition. Simply return the unused portion in its original packaging, and we will be happy to remit your account for the full amount of your purchase, minus original shipping costs once we receive the return. We accept returns up to 30 days after purchase. Feuillete monitors return activity for abuse and reserves the right to limit returns or exchanges.
- We will only accept unopened, tested and gently used products.
- We cannot accept empty or nearly empty products.
- We cannot accept partial returns or exchanges for box packs, sets, bundles or kits. You must return the complete set.
- We are not responsible for personal damages to an item. If the item has been dropped, stolen, spilled, misused, etc., we cannot refund or accept a return.
- We cannot refund your original shipping charges.
- In order to be eligible for a full refund, any and all promotional items, gifts with purchase, and/or freebies must be returned unused with any purchased items.
- Only items purchased on www.feuillete.com may be accepted for return.
A return made to our warehouse or one made without initiating a return by emailing firstname.lastname@example.org will not be accepted and a refund will not be issued. Return packages must include a Return Merchandise Authorization. If return packages do not contain a Return Merchandise Authorization, your return may experience issues in processing. We cannot ensure that we will be able to properly locate and handle your return without the return authorization and the correct return address. Feuillete is not liable for any return packages that may become lost or stolen in-transit. Please keep your proof of postage and/or return tracking number when shipping back your returns.
Once your return is received by our warehouse, our team will process your return as quickly as possible. Returns are processed within 5-7 business days of receipt. We will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item and are processing your refund. The refund will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment within 5-15 business days. Please note: Credit card refunds can take up to 30 business days depending on your bank’s policies and processing time.
If you’ve been notified that you’re receiving a refund, but it has been more than 15 business days since the notice has been issued, please contact your bank. There is often a processing time before the refund is posted to your account.

Order Issues – Damaged, Incorrect, or Missing
We know how frustrating this can be. Rest assured, we want to make every order perfect!
Upon receiving your order, please thoroughly check the delivered items. It is normal for the shipping carton to show some wear, however, if you received damaged or unusable items, please retain the box, the packing materials, and the items inside and contact us immediately at firstname.lastname@example.org. Damaged, incorrect, or missing products must be reported within 2 business days of delivery. Damaged, incorrect, or missing products must be returned, inspected, and approved before a replacement is sent.
Please email us at email@example.com with your full name, order number, and an image of the products received, along with a description of the issue to ensure a speedy resolution. We will work with you to correct the order as quickly as possible.
