All Feuillete products are pregnancy safe, nontoxic and free from Parabens, Sulfates, Phthalates, PEGs, Synthetic Colors, Mineral Oil, Synthetic Fragrance. That said, we always recommend to consult with your physician prior to use during your pregnancy and post your pregnancy. We want the best for you and your precious little one!

Yes! All of our products are designed to be travel friendly with your convenience in mind. Our Fresh Intensive Cream is 50 ml / 1.7 fl oz, which meets the TSA carry-on luggage requirement. Our Smooth Water Essence can be placed in checked-in luggage.
Our products have a shelf-life of 12 months from date of opening.

We accept Visa, MasterCard, Discover, and American Express credit cards, and PayPal.
If a debit or credit card is used to make a purchase at Feuillete and the card was declined, please check the accuracy of the card number, expiration date, CVV, and billing address entered.
The most common reason for a failed transaction is that the billing address entered does not match the billing address for the debit/check/credit card being used for payment. Feuillete uses an Address Verification System (AVS) that will reject any transaction for a billing address mismatch for security measures.
If the purchase is not accepted for any reason, please be aware that most banks will continue to hold the 'authorized' funds (counting against the account balance until the authorization clears) even if the order is not accepted. Feuillete does not have the capability to release the bank's temporary hold of funds, and cannot be held responsible for the policies of the customer's banking institution regarding the holding of authorized funds.
Please note that authorization fund holds last for varying periods, depending on the issuing credit card company's policy. This period may last as little as three days or as long as several months. If such a situation arises, we suggest that the customer contact the issuing credit card company or bank directly.
Orders shipping to addresses in the following states are subject to that state’s sales tax: CA, FL
Shipping is available in the continental US, Alaska, and Hawaii.
We offer Standard, Expedited 2nd Day, and Priority Overnight/Next Day Shipping. Please refer to our Shipping page for complete information.
Yes, Standard Shipping is available for Post Office Box (P.O. Box) addresses. Priority and Expedited Shipping are not available for Post Office Box (P.O. Box) addresses.

Once your order has been successfully submitted, you will automatically receive an Order Confirmation email notification that includes your order confirmation number. We encourage you to print or save the Order Confirmation email for your records. Not receiving our emails? Please check your junk/spam folder in case our communication was filtered. Once your order is fulfilled and is on its way, we will send you a Shipment Confirmation email to confirm.
Due to the speedy rate of our fulfillment process, we’re unable to cancel or modify an order after the order has been placed. This includes adding or removing any items in the order, or changing the shipping method. Please double check that all items in cart and shipping information are accurate before placing your order. If you need to update your address or cancel an order, please email us as soon as possible after placing your order with your full name and order number. We can’t guarantee it, but we’ll do our best to accommodate your request.

All orders ship Monday through Friday, excluding federal and major holidays within the United States. Orders with standard shipping are usually fulfilled and shipped within 1-2 business days (Monday through Friday, not including holidays) after your order is placed. Once your order has shipped, you’ll receive a shipping confirmation with tracking information via email. Please note that it may take up to 48 hours for tracking information to update. All Feuillete orders are shipped from the US. An order with standard shipping usually arrives within 3-8 business days (Monday through Friday, not including holidays) from order date.

If your tracking information shows that your package was delivered, but you have not received your package:
Within 72 hours of expected delivery
- Verify the shipping address
- Look for a notice of attempted delivery
- Check with your household members, neighbors, building managers, and other folks in the area to see if they accepted the delivery on your behalf
- Check with the carrier or local post office to investigate further. Sometimes orders accidentally get marked as “Delivered” even though they are waiting at the post office or are still in transit.

Your 100% satisfaction is important to us. If you are not completely satisfied, Feuillete will gladly accept returns within 30 days of original purchase. Products must be returned in new or gently used condition. Please refer to our Returns page for complete information. We only accept returns for items purchased through www.feuillete.com.
We do not offer direct exchanges on Feuillete products.

Auto Delivery is the most convenient way for you to get the products you want delivered to your doorstep without having to place a new order. Enroll once, and we will automatically deliver your selected products based upon a frequency that you set.
You’ll save up to 15% off every Auto Delivery order. Enjoy free standard shipping for all auto delivery orders. Just tell us how often you want your products, and we'll take it from there. Make changes, skip, or cancel online at any time.
To subscribe, simply select the “Subscribe” option for your desired product on the product page, select your preferred delivery frequency, and then check out as normal.
Once the order is placed, you will receive a confirmation email for any products that were placed using the Auto Delivery Service.
After you join Auto Delivery, you will receive an email confirming your subscription. This email will include a link to access your Auto Delivery account where you can manage your Auto Delivery subscription items, Auto Delivery future orders, and Auto Delivery account information.
We will ship your Auto Delivery orders automatically according to your selected frequency, and you will only be billed on the day the order is shipped. Prior to each Auto Delivery order, we will send you an email reminder. You will also receive email notifications regarding other important information related to your Auto Delivery account, such as item discontinuation or out of stock, subscription cancellation, or order placement confirmation.
All Auto Delivery orders ship via free Standard Shipping. Please refer to our Shipping page for more information.
Auto Delivery is available only in the United States.
Promotional codes are not valid on any Auto Delivery purchases or on any subsequent Auto Delivery orders. This includes any products you may be purchasing outside your subscription at the time of your subscription checkout.
All Auto Delivery subscriptions require a credit or debit card payment. Alternative payment forms, such as PayPal, cannot be accepted.
Your credit card will only be charged when your order ships. Auto Delivery orders will be charged to the payment method you provided on the day the order is fulfilled. This will occur within 1 to 3 business days of the order date and frequency that was selected when you signed up for the Auto Delivery program.
Yes, you will receive a reminder email three days before your next shipment is scheduled to ship. You can also log into your account anytime to view and track your upcoming shipment. Not receiving our emails? Please check your junk/spam folder in case our communication was filtered.
To view all upcoming Auto Delivery scheduled orders, simply log onto your Feuillete account and visit 'Manage Subscriptions' > ‘Delivery Schedule'.
The ‘Delivery Schedule’ tab shows the details for your next scheduled order. An order may contain more than one individual item scheduled for Auto Delivery if the items have the same order date, shipping address, billing address, and payment information.
The ‘Subscriptions’ tab displays individual Auto Delivery items and all associated details for that individual subscription including next order date, quantity, delivery frequency, shipping address, billing address, and payment information.
Once you've subscribed, Auto Delivery is easy to manage. You can change your next order date, skip an order, change your delivery frequency, or cancel a subscription by visiting ‘Manage Subscriptions’ section within your Feuillete Account.
***Changes to subscription orders can be made any time up to 72 hours prior to the scheduled delivery date.
To skip an Auto Delivery order, simply log onto your Feuillete account and visit 'Manage Subscriptions' > ‘Delivery Schedule’ and click ‘Skip’ next to the delivery you would like to skip, in order to skip the entire order. Similarly, to unskip a delivery, click ‘Unskip’ next to the desired order.
To add a product to an Auto Delivery subscription, simply log onto your Feuillete account and visit 'Manage Subscriptions' > 'Subscriptions', then click ‘Add Product’. This will open a pop-up where you can search, view, and select additional products to add to your upcoming deliveries. You may also choose the frequency and first shipment date.
Auto Delivery items that have the same order date, shipping address, billing address and payment method will ship as one order.
If you have more than one Auto Delivery item and want the items to ship in the same order, simply log onto your Feuillete account and visit ‘Manage Subscriptions’ > 'Delivery Schedule' to change the next charge date to be the same date. Also, be sure to verify the orders are going to the same shipping address and have the same billing address and payment method.
To change your next shipment date, simply log onto your Feuillete account and visit 'Manage Subscriptions' > 'Delivery Schedule', click ‘Manage Subscription’, then click ‘Next Charge Date’ to select a new date for your shipment. This will change the shipment date for the entire order.
Alternatively, to change your next shipment date for your Auto Delivery subscription, simply log onto your Feuillete account and visit 'Manage Subscriptions' > ‘Subscriptions’, click 'Edit' next to the subscription you would like to modify, then click ‘Next Charge Date’ and select a new date for your shipment. This will change the shipment date for the entire order.
**Remember to press UPDATE and verify that your updated information saved successfully.

To modify the delivery frequency for an Auto Delivery individual subscription item, simply log onto your Feuillete account and visit 'Manage Subscriptions'> ‘Delivery Schedule'. On the 'Delivery Schedule' tab, the current delivery frequency is displayed next to each Auto- Delivery item. To change the delivery frequency for an individual subscription item, simply click ‘Manage Subscription’ next to the Auto Delivery item you would like to modify, then click ‘Delivery Schedule’ and select your desired frequency from the drop-down menu.
Alternatively, to modify the delivery frequency for an Auto Delivery subscription, simply log onto your Feuillete account and visit 'Manage Subscriptions' > ‘Subscriptions’, then click ‘Edit’ next to the Auto Delivery subscription you would like to modify, then click ‘Delivery Schedule’ and select your desired frequency from the drop-down menu.

Alternatively, to change your shipping address for a subscription, simply log onto your Feuillete account and visit 'Manage Subscriptions' > ‘Subscriptions’, click the ‘Edit’ link to the right of the subscription details and then click on Shipping Address section to edit shipping address details. This address will apply to all subscriptions and future orders unless otherwise noted.

To review or modify your Auto Delivery account information, simply log onto your Feuillete account and visit the 'Manage Subscriptions' section. You can change your shipping address or payment information for an individual order on the ‘Delivery Schedule’ tab or for a subscription on the ‘Subscriptions’ tab, which is the default option and will affect all future orders.

To change your payment method or billing information, simply log onto your Feuillete account and visit 'Manage Subscriptions' > 'Billing Information'.
• To change your payment method, click on ‘Card on File’ section and enter your new payment information.
• To change your billing information, click on ‘Billing Information’ section and enter the new billing information associated with your new payment method. Please note: billing information is not the same as the shipping address.

To cancel your Auto Delivery subscription membership, simply log onto your Feuillete account and visit 'Manage Subscriptions' > 'Subscriptions '. Click ‘Edit’ on the subscription you would like to edit, then scroll down and click on ‘Cancel Subscription’ for the subscription order you would like to cancel. Once you have completed the cancellation process, your subscription will be cancelled and no future orders will be placed.
